In line with our commitment to creating a vibrant community, providing convenient living in North Richmond and developing better access to facilities and services, we are working towards the first of several stages of the Redbank Village Centre that will come to life in the coming years.
The Development Application for The Redbank Village Centre was approved by Hawkesbury City Council on 18th October 2019 and, since then, we have been working hard to design a unique offering that will stand out in the area. Civil works for the first stage commenced in April 2021, and we have successfully delivered stage one in 2022 which includes a purpose-built veterinary hospital, regional playground, waterfront boardwalk & acres of public open space.
The Childcare Centre & the Cafe/ Restaurant building are currently under construction and expected to open in 2023. The Development Application for the next stage has been submitted to Hawkesbury City Council in 2022 and includes a local supermarket (IGA) & multiple specialty shops.
Our Village Centre will provide convenient food, lifestyle and shopping experiences for our residents and the wider community. Whether you’re doing your grocery shopping, pampering yourself, or grabbing a coffee, we’re providing a space that will service the needs of everyone.
This Village Centre will be Redbank residents’ go-to place to get errands done and make life a breeze. Our focus is on quality food, both groceries and dining, high quality lifestyle services that will add to the Redbank experience, and improve livability in the local area.
