Redbank Communities

Our Story

In 2006, Gordon Douglas, Archie Douglas and John Benton formed North Richmond Joint Venture (NRJV) when the North Richmond site was acquired with funding provided by them and their joint venture delivery partner Buildev. In 2012 the trio acquired all interests of Buildev and have owned the project outright since. NRJV was later named as Redbank Communities.

The culture and commitment to quality that underpins Redbank Communities was built on the legacy of the Directors and their long history of successful endeavours together.
Led by Project Director Mark Regent, our sales and community teams are with our buyers every step of the way as they build new dreams and create memories at Redbank North Richmond.
