With over 150 years of combined experience in the property industry, shareholders and directors Gordon & Archie Douglas and John Benton have been behind some of Australia’s property success stories, including PRD nationwide (sold to Colliers 2005), Halcyon Group (sold to Stocklands 2021), Quality Apartments, and Investment Management Australia (IMA).
The Directors have been involved together in over 200 projects as marketer, financier or developer, including master planned communities at Settlement Shores (Port Macquarie), Casuarina Beach (Kingscliff), Bluewater Harbour (Cairns), and Halcyon seniors living communities (SEQ). With the assistance of Redbank’s highly respected development team led by the Project Director Mark Regent, our Directors are currently focused on the delivery of our flagship project Redbank North Richmond.
