Redbank North Richmond is a 180 hectares master-planned community comprising a diverse mix of housing, including traditional family lots to grand homestead plots. The master plan is designed to appeal to a broad spectrum of community members and cater for their evolving lifestyles.
The $1.8 billion project invests over $65 million towards local community infrastructure, including a town village with a supermarket, cafes and speciality stores; a child care centre and preserving 85 acres of heritage-protected parklands.
The development is the Hawkesbury region’s premier new address, with over 900 lots already sold. And when completed, Redbank North Richmond will be home to 3,900 proud residents in 1,400 homes.
When Redbank Communities started construction of Redbank North Richmond, we had a clear vision of the legacy we wanted to create. At the heart of the development was a commitment to meet the criteria of the Greater Sydney Commission’s plan to deliver a ‘Green Grid Network’. The network consists of interconnected open-space parks, bike trails, playgrounds and heritage area information.
We recognised our traditional owners who traded here to rural settlers who farmed here and that this land has played an important role in Hawkesbury’s rich history. It’s this acknowledgement of our past and vision for a future where genuine social connections are formed within the community.
Redbank North Richmond is where the next generations can live, grow and prosper.
