Corporate and Institutional Clients

Redbank Communities is the perfect partner for corporate and institutional clients with land on the balance sheet, but requiring development expertise.

At our flagship project Redbank North Richmond, Redbank Communities partnered with RSL LifeCare to deliver the Kingsford-Smith Village (197 ILUs) and the Ron Middleton VC Gardens 80-bed aged care facility. The development agreement was structured such that Redbank Communities took on the development risk (for which it was rewarded), and RSL Lifecare retained ownership of the finished asset.

Our strong experience can assist you to review your planning scheme, align with the corporate vision and have a stake in the outcome. Our technical expertise can help with planning approvals, feasibility studies and construction. We have the financial capacity to structure a joint venture agreement where costs and profits are shared on an appropriate risk/reward basis.
