Adventure seekers Nick and Jess instantly fell in love with the beautiful and well-maintained Redbank Estate on their first visit.

Nick and Jess were captivated by the Redbank Estate with its large open spaces, walking trails, beautifully manicured parks and gardens, as well as the open streets of gorgeous homes.

As a very active couple, Nick and Jess had been dreaming of living in an area that would provide opportunities to fulfill their love for adventure. The alluring Hawkesbury really appealed to them, as they loved the close proximity to numerous bushwalks, horse-riding facilities, rivers, creeks, the glow worm caves and views from the breathtaking mountains. They loved that the Hawkesbury offered a semi-rural lifestyle, with not only great activities to enjoy in nature, but many local markets, cafes, and boutiques to explore as well.

This young couple had not considered the option of building their dream home, as both of their Fathers were keen renovators. They have initially planned to purchase an existing house and renovate. However, when they first stepped into the Redbank Estate, they knew that they had to be a part of this thriving community and live in this beautiful area.

The couple fell in love with a park front block in our Yeomans precinct which overlooks one of our stunning parks and has a great view of the Blue Mountains. This block was everything they had hoped for and more, and was perfect for building their dream home they have envisioned.

They both love the Hamptons style, and were very excited that they could build exactly what they wanted, and start their new chapter here at Redbank.
