Our Community Team at Redbank North Richmond recently had the pleasure of meeting both the builder and the operator of the brand new Child Care Centre @caring4kidskindergarten expected to be open early to mid-2023.

The builders have made great progress on the dwelling with all external works now completed and ready for driveway and landscaping.

We cannot wait for this much needed community facility to open its doors to many families living in the area.

This year our team has accomplished many milestones including:

• Registering & settling The Promenade & Southern Heights precincts
• Selling out on our Ridgetops precinct
• Delivering the Village Centre Playground and open space
• Finishing construction of North Richmond Vet Hospital
• Starting construction of the Cafe/ Restaurant
• Completing the construction of Dam 8 playground & openspace
• Commencing works on Dam 7 playground & openspace
• Extending pathways joining Redbank to the existing North Richmond footpath network

We are looking forward achieving more milestones in 2023, delivering more infrastructure, openspace & facilities for the community.

We are excited to announce that North Richmond Veterinary Hospital is now officially open in our Village Centre at Redbank North Richmond.
